Email: Chapter 19, Article 11B, Section 14

§19-11B-14. Payment of fees.

All fees, penalties or other moneys collected by the commissioner under the provisions of this article shall be paid into a special account and expended upon the order of the commissioner for the purpose of the enforcement and administration of this article.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
