Email: Chapter 20, Article 3A, Section 8

§20-3A-8. Liability of skiers.

Any skier shall be liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from violations of the duties set forth in section five.

§20-4-0 to 20-4-14.

Repealed. Acts, 1967 Reg. Sess., Ch. 147.
