Email: Chapter 21A, Article 9, Section 3

§21A-9-3. Contents of fund.

The fund shall consist of:

(1) Moneys appropriated by the state.

(2) Moneys received from the United States or any agency thereof, for the administration of this article.

(3) Moneys received from any other source.
