Email: Chapter 31, Article 18E, Section 13

§31-18E-13. Public records and public access.

(a) Public records. -- A board shall keep minutes and a record of its proceedings.

(b) Public access. -- A land reuse agency is subject to article nine-a, chapter six of this code, relating to open meetings, and chapter twenty-nine-b of this code, relating to public records.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
If you type multiple words without quotes or +/- symbols, the search will look for all results containing any of the words
