§33-20B-1. Scope of article.

This article applies to medical malpractice insurance policies only. Nothing in this article shall be construed to supplant any provision of article twenty of this chapter which does not directly conflict with the provisions herein.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
