Email: Chapter 33, Article 6, Section 25

§33-6-25. Proof of loss forms.

An insurer shall furnish, upon written request of any person claiming to have a loss under an insurance contract issued by such insurer, forms of proof of loss for completion by such person.

Searches are case insensitive.

Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
