Email: Chapter 35, Article 3, Section 3

§35-3-3. Boards to be corporations; powers.

Such boards shall be corporate bodies; and as such shall be governed by all the provisions of law relating to, and have and exercise all the privileges and powers of, nonstock corporations.

Searches are case insensitive.

Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
