§36-13-30. Rulemaking authority.

The Secretary of State may propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with §29A-3-1 et seq. of this code as may be necessary to implement and administer the provisions of this article.

Searches are case insensitive.

Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
