Email: Chapter 49, Article 2, Section 103

§49-2-103. Proceedings by the state department.

The state department shall have the authority to institute, in the name of the state, proceedings incident to the performance of its duties under the provisions of this chapter.

Searches are case insensitive.

Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
If you type multiple words without quotes or +/- symbols, the search will look for all results containing any of the words
