Email: Chapter 61, Article 11, Section 1A

§61-11-1a. Sentence of female felons.

Upon conviction of a female for a felony and, subsequent sentence of confinement, the trial court shall sentence her to the custody of the state department of corrections.

Searches are case insensitive.
