ARTICLE 10. EMPLOYMENT OF WIFE BY STATE OFFICIAL OR EMPLOYEE.

The employment of his wife at public expense by any official or employee of the state is expressly prohibited.

§6-10-1. Employment of wife at public expense prohibited.

Searches are case insensitive.
Search for phrases with double quotes around the phrase like this: “claims commission”
Use a + symbol in front of a word to include it and use a – in front of a word to exclude it from searches like this: +railroad -sign
